Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced a notification for the direct recruitment of Hindi Officer on a regular basis. Eligible candidates with a Master's degree in Hindi or English and relevant translation experience can apply online.
About This Recruitment
The job requires translation of confidential examination questions in Hindi/English Language and development of Objective type/ Descriptive tests to test proficiency in Hindi language for various posts. Competency in operating computer is must.

Salary & Benefits
The basic pay is Rs. 44,900.00 per month. Total emoluments at the beginning of the scale per month is approximately Rs. 91,070.00 (including DA, HRA, and TA). The annual CTC is approximately Rs. 17.39 Lakhs.
Eligibility Details
Candidates must possess a Master's degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation, or vice versa. Additionally, one year of experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa in a bank/financial institution is desirable. Competency in operating computers is mandatory.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern
The online examination consists of four tests: Reasoning (50 questions, 25 marks, 35 minutes), English Language (50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes), General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks, 20 minutes), and Hindi Language (50 questions, 75 marks, 50 minutes). Total: 200 questions, 200 marks, 140 minutes.

Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Hand written declaration, Brief resume (pdf), SSC/ SSLC/ 10th Standard or Equivalent Certificate, Documents in support of identity and eligibility (age, educational qualifications, experience etc.).
