Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published an advertisement for the recruitment of Banker Faculty - Technical, Banker Faculty, and Executive Secretary to Director on a fixed-term, full-time contract basis.
About This Recruitment
Selected candidates will be responsible for writing, sourcing, and reviewing questions (multiple choice or short answer type) in various specializations (for Banker Faculty) or providing high-quality administrative support and assistance to the Director (for Executive Secretary).

Salary & Benefits
A consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 90,000/- (Annual CTC of Rs. 20.21 lakhs) will be paid. No other allowances like TA, DA, HRA, LTC/HTC are admissible, but benefits like Medical Benefits, Medi-Claim, Leave encashment, Telephone/Newspaper bill reimbursement, and Canteen subsidy are included in the CTC.
Eligibility Details
For Banker Faculty - Technical: B.Tech/B.E/AMIE in relevant engineering disciplines or Banker with exposure to Finance/Forex/etc., with minimum 15 years of experience. Age 50-61 years. For Banker Faculty: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably with CAIIB, retired as Chief Manager and above. Age 50-61 years. For Executive Secretary to Director: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with computer experience, having worked as Executive Secretary to Top Management for at least 3 years. Age 45-61 years.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of shortlisting of applications followed by a Personal Interview conducted at IBPS, Mumbai.

Candidates need to upload their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration, brief resume (pdf), SSC/SSLC/10th Standard or equivalent certificate, and documents in support of identity, age, educational qualifications, and experience.
