Reliance Jio launches long-term plans at Rs 594, Rs 297 with a twist: all you need to know

Jio has announced two new recharge plans, priced at Rs 297 and Rs 594, are part of the telecom giant's "Jiophone Monsoon Hungama" offer announced by the Reliance Jio company on January 24, 2019. The packs come up with three and six months validity, respectively.

And both come with 500MB data per day bundled STD and local calls, no charges on calls made while roaming, 300 SMSes per day, and Complimentary subscription to all Jio apps. This puts the bundled data at 42GB and 84GB for the two plans, respectively. Users can buy the packs from the official website or MyJio app.

The prepaid recharge come up with 84 days validity and users can enjoy unlimited data, calling, 300 free SMSs. Users will get 42 GB high-speed 4G data per month with daily data limit capped at 0.5 GB. Once high-speed daily data limit is exhausted, users can continue to browsing at 64kbps.

Benefits of the Rs 594 plan:-

This is a long-term prepaid recharge plan that comes with 168 days validity. It provides unlimited data, unlimited calling, 300 free SMSs. The Rs 594 pack comes bundled with 84 GB high-speed 4G data with a daily capped at 0.5 GB. Once the high-speed daily limit is exhausted, users can continue to browse at 64kbps.


In addition to the long-term prepaid recharge packs, JioPhone users can go for monthly packs such as Rs 49 (1 GB uncapped data), Rs 99 (14 GB data with daily FUP of 0.5 GB), Rs 153 (42 GB data with daily FUP of 1.5 GB).
