Counselor: Master's degree (M.A/M.Sc.) in Psychology with a one-year Diploma in guidance and counseling and relevant experience. Hostel Superintendent: Graduation in any discipline with a Master's degree or B.Ed, proficiency in the regional language, and prior experience.
